All those working at Camp Fowler are required by NYSDOH to have yearly references on file.
 

Camp Fowler is located in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. It is a children's camp operated by the Reformed Church in America. As a Christian Camp, Fowler hopes that all who attend will have an experience that:

"glorifies God, 
allows them to grow as a follower of Christ 
and experience life in a Christian community."
 

As such, those working at Fowler must model these precepts. Through their care of the campers and their interactions with other summer and volunteer staff, each staff is expected to live into this understanding.

The programs at Fowler are based on 4 principles:

• That there is joy in each day. The gift of simplicity
• That all is loved by God. The gift of caring for all creation
