NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR CAMP ADMITTANCE!

REQUIRED AT  CHECK IN & ARRIVAL . . . as in BRING TO CAMP:

  1. PAPER COPIES OF ALL 3 FORMS above DUE AT CHECK IN & ARRIVAL.
  2. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FAXES, EMAILS OR MAILED COPIES FOR MEDICAL INFORMATION.
  3. IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED THAT YOU READ AND REVIEW  ALL LINKS ABOVE FOR DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING ATTENDANCE AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.
  4. The Camper Week Fee is $375 per week except for 32 & 62 which are $425.
  5. A$100 non-refundable deposit or payment in full is required to register.

General information all registrants must know:

  1. Register your child by the grade they are in right now at this moment, on this day! (Not by the year they are going into.)
  2. 2013 CABIN MATE POLICY (VERY HOT OFF THE PRESSES NEW): Your child may participate in our new CABIN MATE "Circle of Friends" request program. A "Circle of Friends" is a group of 2 -4 campers who wish to house together in the same cabin. All who participate will receive a special gift. During the online registration process you will be given the option to submit the names of up to 3 cabin mates for your child. Each of the children in the "Circle of Friends" must list the others in the cabin mate fields. These names may be changed or updated at any time by logging back into your account (with the LOGIN link - MY ACCOUNT) and making the changes yourself. We will not be able to make the changes for you.
  3. Your registration deposit ($100) is NON-Refundable! Be sure to look at the week you want and remember to keep in mind family vacations, sports camps and PASSING grades. We want your child to be in the camp week of choice: plan ahead!
  4. Finally, when you are asked for payment, your credit card or e check will be processed through a company called THRIVA. You will see that on your statement. All credit card and e check transactions are secure.
