Online Registration Open!

 PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING:

  1. Your online registration form has required fields of information. Be sure to have your child's insurance information, prescription drug info (if applicable) and dosage (amount & frequency), child's weight, doctor's name and contact information, an emergency contact other than yourself, your email address and so on . . . 
  2. If you were a camper since 2008 we MOST LIKELY have your immunizations on file and will not need another copy unless it has been updated. 
  3. If you are a first time camper or camper prior to 2008 we will need a CURRENT IMMUNIZATION LIST which you can get from your school nurse or family doctor and fax to us at the number below. Your registration is NOT COMPLETE until we have a current immunization list on file in the Fowler Business Office. This list must be on file PRIOR TO June 1. Help us to process your data quickly by faxing us this list within two weeks of your registration. Do to the volume of faxes we receive we can only confirm receipt of those received prior to June 1. 
  4. (NEW POLICY) The Over-The-Counter drug release form will be attached to the confirmation email you will receive upon registering. While this form is not necessary for camp attendance it strongly advised that you and your child's doctor complete one. This completed form allows the Camp Nurse to dispense the over-the-counter drugs listed on the form (such as tylenol). Without this properly completed form we can not give your child any of these medications for any complaints they may have. You may fax the completed form to us or bring with you at camper drop off. We will not confirm receipt or contact you regarding our receipt of the form. This is not required by NYS. 
  5. The 2011 Camper Week Fee is $360 per week or $720 (2 week camp). A$100 non-refundable deposit or payment in full is required to register.

Information for RETURNING CAMPERS:

  1. You will need your account password to access your account, register and update it. If you have forgotten it and have trouble resetting the password please contact the Fowler Business office at 518-631-6789 or by email: campfowler@rca.org.
  2. You must provide us with an up-to-date copy of your child's immunizations if any changes have been made since last summer.
  3. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to register.
  4. The 2011 camp fee is $360 per week or $720 (2 week camp).

General information all registrants must know:

  1. Register your child by the grade they are in right now at this moment, on this day! (Not by the year they are going into.)
  2. Cabin mate policy: each camper is allowed ONE (as in one person) cabin mate request and both must list each other in the appropriate fields on the registration form. More than one person listed in the field will not be honored. 
    (Our values at Camp Fowler are Community, Simplicity, and Caring for Creation. Much of our activity at Camp is done in large group settings, allowing for friends to be made across different cabins easily. Families, we ask you to encourage your campers to look forward to all the new friends they will meet during their week at Camp Fowler and enjoy the positive experience of meeting new people as part of a Christian community, as well as strengthening the friendships they already have with their fellow campers.)
    Exceptions for first time campers may be made with permission from the Camp Director.
  3. Your registration deposit ($100) is NON-Refundable! Be sure to look at the week you want and remember to keep in mind family vacations, sports camps and PASSING grades. We want your child to be in the camp week of choice: plan ahead!
  4. Finally, when you are asked for payment, your credit card or echeck will be processed through a company called THRIVA. You will see that on your statement. All credit card and e check transactions are secure.
